Annai Builders was founded by him 35 years ago with an objective of selling piece of lands to every segment of people in the society. Also his aim is to sell a home to every Indian. This is another reason that Annai Builders had come out with affordable housing concept much earlier in the history. In the incenption, the company was only in the Chennai and slowly spread across entire state of Tamil Nadu. Now the company has spreaded the wings into states of South India like Karanataka and Andra Pradesh.
